Anyway I fixed by rewriting the ppf to avoid corrupting headers and footers of each modified sector, tested with a custom asm hack fro drawing magic and replacing the entire kernel.bin (a 38kB chunk), mednafen wont show sector error so Bettle core now run it like it should.
